2018 Highlights

2018 Highlights

This has been one of the craziest years for me! I felt like I have done absolutely nothing, but so much all at the same time. I’ve had an easy 5 jobs and an internship, I made some huge changes in my life and I grew both personally and perfessionaly.

I have spent a lot of this year stressed and trying not to be stressed. I also have felt a large sum of love this year from family and from friends. This year was a whirlwind and I’m excited to see what 2019 has to bring to the table!

I decided to do this post after reading By Amber Burns’ post of 2018 Highlights and thought it was a great way to share the best of 2018 and all the amazing things we can sometimes overlook.

This month, I started an independent study that I just adored. It was Social Media Management, and I later wrote a 40-page paper and did countless hours of research for the best techniques and ideas around managing social media.

I celebrated my Little’s 21st birthday with BAR and BAR Pizza and of course lots of love!

May was a hectic and exciting month for me! A lot of change happened. I graduated from college and moved home (Nantucket Island, MA) to start my social media and communications internship. I started a “new” job AKA went back to waitressing, which I hadn’t done in two years.

Before all that happened, I had the chance to hike Sleeping Giant for the first time (which is a tradition to do before you graduate at my school)
