How to Make Your Class Schedule in Excel

With summer coming to a close and classes starting soon, their is planning to be done. Seeing our class schedules planned in advance is a huge advantage is prepping for the year mentally and physically. I love to both print out my schedule and hang it up and keep it on my phone as well! *BONUS*, for the first week or so, leave the schedule as a screenshot on your home or lock screen to help you remember it.

Creating a schedule you like is hard enough, than having to actually register for the classes and then preparing for them too. Let’s start the basics. What days of the week are you busy!

Every college is different with what times they offer classes, my college is pretty uniform. So, you want to put in all the different time slots, not just the time slots of your class. You can also just do broad times!

Here is how I adjusted my times.

Put in all your set time slots with the class names, so that it looks something like this.

I know, it’s boring and hard to read. So, we need to jazz it up! Make it look pretty and less confusing!

Also remember that once you print it out, all the lines disappear and it looks beautiful 😊You can also insert anything else you want to put in there. If you have meetings or specific gym times or even practice.

You can also add in room numbers, professors or supplies you need to bring for that class too.

I hope this helps you like it has helped me and I know you will rock this semester!
